Delete your Falah Club account

Falah Club lets parents manage family habit tracking. If you want your account and data removed, follow the steps below.

How to request deletion

1. Email us at deentechatwork+privacy@gmail.com from the email address linked to your Falah Club account.
   • If you sign in with Google or Apple, email us from that same address.
   • If you sign in with a phone number (OTP), email us and include that phone number so we can verify your account.
2. Use the subject line: Delete my Falah Club account
3. In the email body, write: "Please delete my Falah Club account and all associated data."
4. We will confirm by email within 7 business days and complete deletion within 30 days.

What we delete

• Email address and account information
• Parent profile (name, settings)
• Child profiles (name, date of birth, gender, settings)
• Activity data (prayer logs, Quran, sadaqah, hadith, scores, streaks)
• Device identifiers linked to your account
• Authentication data (Google / Apple sign-in link, OTP records)

What we may keep

• Billing or subscription records, if any, as required by law (typically up to 7 years for tax/accounting)
• Anonymized data that cannot identify you
• Data we must keep for legal, security, or fraud-prevention purposes (only as long as required)

Children's data

Falah Club is used by parents for children's profiles. Deleting the parent account also deletes all child profiles and activity data under that account.
