Falah Club Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 2026
Falah Club ("we", "us", "our") is a halal parenting and habit-building app that helps parents track and encourage their children's daily habits (prayer, Quran, sadaqah, hadith reading, and custom goals). This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. Falah Club is operated by FalahClub.
Who this policy is for
Falah Club accounts are created and controlled by a parent or guardian (18+). Children do not create their own accounts; a parent adds child profiles and manages them. This policy covers both the parent's information and the child profile information the parent provides.
Information we collect
- Account information: your name and the email address and/or phone number you use to sign in.
- Authentication data: your sign-in method and related identifiers (Google Sign-In, Apple Sign-In, or one-time passcode (OTP) records sent to your phone or email). We do not store passwords, because Falah Club has no password login.
- Child profile information (entered by the parent): child's name, date of birth or age, gender, and settings.
- Activity data: in-app habit records and progress, such as prayer logs, Quran and hadith reading, sadaqah, scores, streaks, ranks, badges, and rewards.
- Purchase information: your subscription status and related billing records (payments are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play, not by us).
- Device and technical information: device identifiers and basic technical data needed to run the app securely and reliably.
How we use your information
- To provide the app: create and manage the account, run the trackers, calculate the Deen Score, streaks, ranks, and rewards, and sync data across devices.
- To enable parental features: approvals, dashboards, groups, and reports.
- To manage subscriptions and provide customer support.
- To keep the app secure and prevent fraud and abuse.
- To comply with our legal obligations.
Children's privacy
Falah Club is designed for families and is used by children under the direction of a parent or guardian. A parent creates the account, adds each child profile, and provides and controls the child's information. By adding a child profile, the parent consents to our handling of that child's information as described here. We collect only the child information needed to run the habit-tracking features, and we do not require a child to disclose more than is reasonably necessary. We handle children's data in line with applicable laws, including the US Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), the EU/UK GDPR (including protections for children), and India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act. A parent can review, correct, or delete their child's information at any time (see "Your rights" and "Deleting your account" below).
How we share information
We do not sell your or your child's personal information, and we do not share it for advertising. We share information only with service providers who help us run the app, and only as needed, for example:
- App stores (Apple App Store, Google Play) for subscription billing.
- Cloud hosting and infrastructure providers that store data for the app.
- Analytics or crash-reporting tools we use to keep the app stable.
- Website measurement tools on this site (Google Analytics and Google Ads) that help us understand how visitors find and use falahclub.com and how our ads perform. These use standard cookies/identifiers and do not access your app data.
We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, safety, and security of our users and our service.
Data retention
We keep personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the app. When you delete your account, we delete the associated data as described on our Delete Account page, except for records we must keep by law (for example, billing/tax records) and anonymized data that cannot identify you.
Data security
We protect your information using reasonable technical and organizational measures, including encryption of data in transit. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information.
Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information, and to withdraw consent. You (the parent) can exercise these rights for yourself and for your child profiles. To request deletion, see our Delete Account page. For any other request, contact us at the email below.
International data transfers
Your information may be processed in countries other than your own. Where we do this, we take steps to protect it consistent with this policy and applicable law.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and change the "Last updated" date above.
